Things were dicey for a few weeks and there was a lot of stress and such. But it's Friday, it's 5 o'clock somewhere, and I have an appointment with the oncology team to figure out how to coordinate care closer to home so we can resume chemotherapy. The "meat and potatoes" of today's post is long overdue. I've thanked you once, twice, many times, but I don't want ANYONE to have the impression that we are not grateful or thankful for what you have done. So many of you have blessed my family with something thoughtful or special to help us during this time. I began writing thank you notes and lost track after about 2 weeks.
